Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $120. All other orders are charged a flat rate of $14.50
How long does it take to send my product/s?
If items are in stock, they will be dispatched within 2-3 business days and you will be notified by email with a tracking number and transit times.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Candleglow is based in the Southern Downs Queensland, so Queensland orders will usually take 2 -4 business days once dispatched and interstate orders will usually take 3-6 business days once dispatched.
In very rare cases where candles are still curing, or need to be made for your order, they may take 5-9 days to be dispatched. You will be notified by email as soon as possible if this is the case.

Burn times are approximate.
Tiny Tins: 10 hours
Large Tins: 22 hours
Candle Care
To get the best performance from your candle, please do the following:
- Burn safely - Please read and follow the warning label on the bottom of your candle.
- First Burn - Light your candle and let it burn until there is a melt pool at least halfway across the vessel. This can take 1 - 3 hours depending on the size of the vessel.
- Don't burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Trim your wicks as needed to 6mm before relighting.
- Enjoy!
Re-use or Recycle
Your candle tin is both re-useable and recyclable!
To re-use:
- Simply scrape out the wick tab and the small amount of remaining wax.
- Wash your vessel by hand in warm soapy water, rinse and dry.
- Re-use in whatever way you like!
